On a maturity scale of 1-10 I would definitely rate our Friday night at about a 2. Someone told me this week that marriage makes people "boring." Scott, Mel, Todd and I went on a mission to prove that person wrong. We definitely were not boring on Friday night, immature, insane and crazy-- yes, but not boring. Our night consisted of playing in the rubble of the old Rex Motel. Dumpster diving at Kmart and throwing T.Vs off of grain silos (or at grain silos). MARRIED PEOPLE ARE NOT BORING!
We played Special Olympics among Hurricane Katrina's aftermath (that is what we were pretending the rubble was). In fourth place we named Scott the winner of the imaginary skeet shooting contest. Todd placed third in the construction cone cannon balling competition. Suzy got second with the board breaking baboozling contest. And the gold medal went to Melinda for tree hugging. To close our blog we would like to thank Kmart for donating broken merchandise to our "married people are not boring cause" and we'd also like to say sorry to the farmer with a shattered TV at the bottom of the silo. And thanks to Scott and Mel for a hilarious night.

helo, im joseph and i have fun reading your blog..i think ur ryt and i tink that it depend on the people, if they would make their lives boring then it would be boring... maybe it also depends on the perception of people like young and old peoples or married and unmarried have different perceptions on matter...am i hope theres a video in ur mini olympic cause i will be glad to watch it... on the pics u ol luk young and unmarried... are you really married... by the way thanks for sharing to us ur research... its worthwyl reading... thanks hope i can see some picz(i love pictures!)
